UPDATE from AGING RESOURCES OF CENTRAL IOWA
In response to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic, Aging Resources of Central Iowa is taking steps to protect employees and the public.
To protect your personal health and the health of our employees, our agency is open for business but our physical building will be closed to the public.
We will NOT be accepting any walk-in clients. Business will be conducted electronically or over the phone.
If you need to get in touch with our agency, please call (515) 255-1310, Monday – Friday from 8AM-4:30PM. Our staff is here to assist you.

Aging Resources of Central Iowa is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3), Area Agency on Aging. Our goal is to assist older adults in leading independent, dignified, meaningful, and active lives in their communities.
Our staff advocate, coordinate and provide services through federal, state and private funding to persons 60 years of age and older and their caregivers.
Aging Resources is a LifeLong Links (Iowa's Aging and Disability Resource Center) local coordination center providing information referral and assistance to adults with disabilities.
We accomplish this through:
Information and Assistance - We are here for you! We have specialists that can offer assistance and connect you to services and programs.
Case Management - We coordinate community services to help you stay safely in your own home.
Family Caregiver Program - Be the best caregiver you can be. We can help!
Elder Abuse Prevention Awareness Program - If you and/or a loved one suspect financial exploitation/abuse.
Options Counseling - Specialists will help you look at all options for your current and future needs to maintain your independence.
Aging Resources is area 3 on the map and serves eight central Iowa counties: Boone, Dallas, Jasper, Madison, Marion, Polk, Story, & Warren
